What You'll Need:
- 1 bag restaurant style tortilla chips
- 1/2 lb shredded chicken (we use leftover rotisserie chicken)
- Pico De Gallo (homemade or storebought)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Sour Cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Delicae Gourmet Apricot & Date Habanero Sauce
- Delicae Gourmet Pineapple Salsa
- Pickled Jalapenos (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
Toss the cooked chicken in Delicae Gourmet Apricot & Date Habanero Sauce. Warm it up in a pan. Toss the warm chicken on a bed of tortilla chips with lettuce and vegetables. Finish it off with a healthy sprinkle of cheese, a few dollops of sour cream, and a few dollops of Delicae Gourmet Pineapple Salsa.
Serving Suggestions:
Just dig right in with your hands - preferably washed. It's a good idea to wear a bib, because you'll want to devour them at lightspeed.
