INGREDIENTS

  •  2   jars of the Delicae Gourmet Jam, Jelly or Marmalade of your choice
  •  2   8 oz packages cream cheese
  •  1   package large thin flour tortillas (8 pieces)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Soften cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds.  Remove softened cream cheese and whip with a wire whisk until smooth. Blend in one jar of the Delicae Gourmet Jam, Jelly or Marmalade of your choice.

Place a flour tortilla on a dry cutting board and with a butter knife, spread 3 large Tbsps of the mixture over the entire top surface of the tortilla. When the entire surface has been covered, scrape the majority of the mixture to the 1\3 end of the tortilla nearest you and then roll it up. Continue this process until all of the mixture has been used. Place each wrap seam side down in a large ziplock bag and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, cut each tortilla roll into thin slices. Using the second jar, top slices with a dab of the Jam, Jelly or Marmalade of your choice. Serve as a party appetizer.

Yield: approx. 16 servings (serving size is 4 slices)
